Thank you for your interest in our limited edition made to order Magna Riser .7 stands. I hope that you and your family are well.
If you want the most performance gains from your .7 the Mk 7 Multi Riser is probably your best choice. It is also our flagship design for the LRS offering transparency and an ability to unravel complex musical passages which makes the musical threads or fabric more discernible.
The Airborne is also a great design for your .7. The sound of the Airborne/LRS is big, bold, and dynamic. The sound is vivid with a large expansive and open soundstage that offers focus and a sense of immediacy and transparency. Like the other two models we offer, they also provides improved bass definition.
Our Slim Line 2 offers a refined almost tube like signature while also allowing for gains in bass definition and image focus and transparency and detailing. It has two elevations that allow for flexibility and subwoofer integration. If you are challenged with a sense of brightness in your sound the Slim Line 2 may help balance the harmonic character with its refined harmonic signature. The Slim Line 2 offers great dynamics and an added layer of clarity with its ability to reveal small nuances and details. The cost of the Slim Line 2 is currently $239 plus shipping.
The Multi Riser Mk7 is the result of five years of continued development and serves as the foundation from which all other designs were judged. The Multi Riser allows for better integration of subwoofers when owners opt to employ subwoofing. The Multi Riser in its latest revision remains one of our flagship designs. It offers an added level of detail that is highly revealing much like a well designed electrostatic. The Multi Riser offers authoritative bass that is detailed and almost tactile. The Multi Riser excels in dynamics with almost explosive high frequency percussive instrument character. The MK 7 also helps provide low volume listening levels that retain detail and image focus for late night listening sessions when you do not want to disturb anyone in the house. The Mk 7 has the ability to make great recordings come more alive while also allowing you to more clearly follow individual instruments and vocalists in complex musical passages as previously stated. The Mk 7 is a bit of a reference tool in some ways. The Multi Riser Mk 7 is priced at $289 plus shipping.

We continue to ship Magna Risers weekly. There is currently about a nine to fourteen week time span from the date of deposit until shipping date due to the high volume of orders and fact several of our fabricators are short handed and operating with a skeleton crew and reduced hours. There have also been some metals shortages that can slow things down and sadly a few of our suppliers have gone out of business further complicating matters and some incoming supply shipments have even gone missing. Manufacturing in the midsts of a world wide pandemic is not without its challenges.
I notify you once I drop your Magna Risers off at the commercial powder coater that we use. Final payment is not due until I pick your Magna Risers up and drive over to the Riser Room where I resonance tune/voice your stands on our Magnepans in a process that can last as longs as four hours. I then directionally orientate the replacement cryogenically treated jumpers that come with each set and return to our workshop which is more than fifty miles away to box and ship your Magna Risers.
Having your .7 on Magna Risers allows your speakers to more fully realize their sonic potential. The Airborne have a bold, dynamic, and vivid sound that is revealing of subtle details. The sound is transparent and focused. The Slim Lines offer a little tube like character. The Multi Riser offers an added electrostatic like clarity. Any of the three will help your .7 more fully realize their sonic potential and each improves the styling/appearance making the speaker look like a much more high end product. Each also improves the speaker's stability. All three models can be seen on our website in the products section.
We have shipped a surprising number of Magna Risers to Norway and depending on which model you choose the shipping should fall in the $98- $125 US range. We can quote an exact amount if you decide on a specific design.
Please let me know if I can be of any additional help. Attached is a recent owners comments document for added perspective. You can also find a link to an LRS/Airborne review by Tom Gibbs in a recent article in Positive Feedback linked on our
