Hei, nei Vifa ble tidligere på 2000 tallet en del av Danish Sound Technology, som igjen er oppkjøpt av Tymphany.
Men ser ScanSpeak produserer flere "gamle" Vifa og Peerless varianter.
Eksempel ScanSpeak MIDRANGE D7608/920010, ble produsert av Vifa på 80/90 tallet, het da noe annet som jeg ikke husker, Vifa solgte også en spesial variant av denne, samme men med en spesiell coating til Dali, som ble brukt i Dali 7

Mener det var mye frem og tilbake med eierskap av Peerless, Vifa og ScanSpeak opp gjennom tidene. Mange av elementene har hatt versjoner og erstatninger laget av de andre selskapene opp gjennom tidene (inkludert litt innblanding av SEAS)

- 1933: Videbæk Højttalerfabrik is founded by N. C. Madsen, and starts supplying loudspeaker drive units to radio manufacturers.
- 1947: Vifa moves into a dedicated factory building at Stationsvej 3, Videbæk.
- 1953: The business is incorporated as "Aktieselskabet Videbæk Højttalerfabrik", with N.C. Madsen as the sole share owner.
- 1961: N.C. Madsen sells all shares of Videbæk Højttalerfabrik to his son C.C. Nørgaard-Madsen and Jan Wessel, owners of SEAS Fabrikker A/S, Norway.
- 1965: Videbæk Højttalerfabrik A/S invests in the construction of a large anechoic chamber for measurements.
- 1971: The factory in Videbæk becomes a sister company to SEAS Fabrikker A/S.
