Har nettopp sett en dok.film på STV 1 om det jeg trodde (kun) skulle handle om (jakt)falker.
Hadde ikke lest om den........bare dumpet innom kanalen og ble sittende å se.
Det ble en ganske interessant dokumentarfilm laget av 2 islendinger.

Två unga filmare ger sig in i jaktfalkarnas värld. Bakom den vackra fasaden hittar de en skum hantering med kungligheter, CIA, KGB och oljeschejker i ledande roller. Ett av spåren leder ända till Usama bin Ladin och Al-Qaida.

Sikkert kjent stoff her for de opplyste av dere, men for meg var det mye nytt og ukjent.
Bin Laden skal visstnok ha oppholdt seg i Iran (som gjest../.. i arrest?) fra 2003 og driver en del med falkonering.
Anbefaler folk å se denne om den ikke allerede er sett da.

Feathered Cocaine shows that Osama Bin Laden and family have been under Iranian house arrest for years. The filmmakers tracked down a first hand witness that met repeatedly with Bin Laden in Iran for the purposes of falconry hunting. Many say because Iran is predominantly Shiia and al-Qaeda is a militant Sunni group, an alliance between those two would simply be impossible due to deep theological differences.
Som nevnt sikkert en del som kjenner til mye av dette, men kanskje er det noen som bare er på mitt nivå med dette
Hovedmeningen min er å gjøre oppmerksom på reprisen i morgen natt kl. 0120 altså om ca. et døgn.
