I haven't heard the 103Pro, but here are specs on it from Yosh's Denon 103 history:
DENON/HIGHPHONIC DL-103PRO is custom tuning version by Highphonic
so that stylus is not replaceable at DENON or even at Highphonic!
The improvements (mainly cantilever and damper) as per their claims are:
little higher compliance 6cu with VTF2g+/-0.2g (original 5cu and VTF 2.5+/-2g),
improved (titan coated?) cantilever avoiding partial resonances, 20-55kHz (original 20-45kHz)
output 0.35mV (original 0.3mv) at 1kHz Lateral Modulation 5cm/s
Impedance 38 Ohm (original nominal 40 Ohm)
Separation 26dB (original nominal 25dB)
After the stylus is worn or stripped off from the cantilever you may get replacement as normal type DL-103 at Denon with
due cost (grin
According to the same source, "DL-103SA limited product (2000units) in wood case with glass composite housing and 6N copper wire: Yen 73,500." If it's really a limited prodution item you could buy one now, put it in your inert - gas - filled cartridge storage locker, and sell it to a collector in a decade to put your kid through college.
