Thermal Conductivity: 15~19 W/mK (compare with silicon pads' or rubber pads' datasheet...will see why prefer Al2O3 pads...AlN is much better, but the price is too high)
Dimensions: For Tokin V-Fet mentioned in caption, 1mm thick (can't be thinner, will be too fragile).
Digikey has some Aluminum Oxide Ceramic pads and can read datasheet there...

Application:
-Al2O3 pads, just like mica pads, need use thermal paste to fill the gap...non electronical conductive thermal paste;
-Al2O3 pads are ceramic, so a bit crispy...ensure the surface does not have sharp edge/bump, apply thermal paste on both sides of the pad, and when tightening screws don't use too much strength...once encounter resistance, just do a little bit more tightening, and then fix the screws with some easy to remove paint/glue...
