Hi!
I just found this wonderful forum full of vinyl knowledge, and i hope you can help me with some questions.
We bought a smt-12 a couple of years ago, and are now ready to set this beautiful(!) machine to work. I know it will be a long-expensive-patience consuming effort, but we are ready to work with this now
So:
We got only the press and the extruder.
We need Boiler: What size, pressure,price are we talking here?
Air compressor: Do we need a compressor? size,pressure?
circulation pump: Do we need to have a water cooling circulation system
What size, pressure etc.
Any other things that may be of importance?
If some of you guys have set up a plant like an smt, we would be very grateful if you have any tip, on the path to making a quality product.
First of all we now need to get this machine running, and if you know some"common" rules and traps, were happy to be filled with information by people who know and love vinyl.
