That is why I suggested a medical supply store. They normally sell a few liters of LOX for oxygen breathing machines.
It should not be that difficult to obtain smaller quantities of LOX. It is just cheaper in the larger quantities. In the US, there are DOT(Department of Transportation) approved tanks for LOX transport and storage, I'm sure the same exists in Norway.
A heat exchanger or condenser/evaporator that will lower GOX to LOX temperatures is not a simple setup. I haven't built one but I would imagine that in order to set one up, you'd spend more money than if you went out and purchased the LOX from a medical supply store.
