AUDIONET SAM V2Har hatt denne forsterkeren i to og et halvt år nå, og kjenner faktisk ikke noen dragninger mot å kvitte meg med den ennå....
Skal den vekk, så blir det nok for å røre litt eventuelt.
SAM rett forfra
Baksiden er innholdsrik, og det finnes muligheter for å fylle opp innsiden mer enn jeg har gjort også.
Både DAC og RIAA kan leveres og i disse datatider kan da SAM fungere godt som hjertet i oppsettet.
Innmaten er enkel og oversiktelig. Kun en transistor for hver halvperiode er noe jeg liker og mener påvirker godlyden.
Rør-lyd?
Neppe, men det er noe i det som John Marks skriver:
"It may be jumping to a conclusion, but perhaps the sonic similarity was accounted for by the fact that, like the darTZeel, the Audionet has only two output devices per channel and an unusually hefty power supply. Spesielt det som jeg har understreket er noe som jeg stadig blir påminnet om når jeg kobler opp SAM etter å ha hørt andre forsterkere i oppsettet.
Denne kremaktige fylden, feelingen av kontroll pluss varme og glød. Ja, jeg er fortsatt happy med SAM.

SAM's remarkable properties are spatial reproduction, powerful bass frequencies and outstanding dynamics. It has enormous bite and control at low frequencies just like Audionet's poweramplifiers. Voices sound voluminous, warm, detailed and have body. ...Even Sam's phono module is highend. Especially the quality of the highs is remarkable. Actually, SAM is an overwhelming audiophile main amplifier and in my opinion a highlight within his price class. The finish is superb, the durability exemplary and the functionality is extremely sensible. Therefore SAM is a recommendable and excellent choice.
STEREO GermanyAudionet is exactly what one understands by 'Made in Germany'. Classic, flourishless design, excellent finish, extremely stable circuit dimensioning. Even the encapsulated 700 VA transformer and the both noble 22000 uF electrolyte capacitors from Elna promise heavenly power supply. The power stage uses two almost indestructible field effect transistors for each channel. Uncompromising is also the input switch section with high-value relays directly located at the input jacks and the volume regulation via foursome ALPS motor potentiometer. Regarding finish and value equivalent the Audionet without a doubt gets top ratings in this test field: No inconsistency, everything fits. Pure solidity.
The measurements of the smallest amplifier from Bochum were - as usual - sensational. An almost exact power doubling between 4 ohms and 8 ohms load and no considerable difference between impulse power output and constant load speak well for the extremely solid power supply. Distortions and noise are almost completely absent....
And the sound? Cream! SAM dashes around all tonal corners like lightning but nevertheless soft. He reproduces music with wit and charm....
Deep, precise bass, silvery detailed highs, generous three-dimensionality, precise focus, SAM has everything. Music reproduction, tickling like champagne!
